Distance sales contract

1. Parties

Buyer: the owner of the OctopusOn SEO account, that is, the person or organization whose name, address and contact details are given in the billing details.

2. Subject

This contract covers the sale and performance of OctopusOn SEO credits the buyer purchases electronically from the seller at my.octopuson.com. The parties' rights and obligations follow Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service, price and payment

The amount of credits, the price including VAT, the exchange rate and the payment details are as stated in the order summary and the pre-contract information. They are an integral part of this contract.

Payment is taken through a licensed payment institution. If the payment is not approved or is cancelled for any reason, no credits are loaded.

4. Performance

Once the payment is approved, the seller loads the credits onto the buyer's account at once. Their use is subject to the credit terms.

5. No right of withdrawal

At the payment step, the buyer confirmed asking for the credits to be loaded onto their account at once. The buyer also confirmed that, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, this service performed instantly in electronic form carries no right of withdrawal.

If the service cannot be provided at all for reasons attributable to the seller, the price of the unused credits is refunded to the buyer.

6. Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above them. For purchases where the buyer is not a consumer (business purchases), the courts and enforcement offices of [Istanbul] have jurisdiction.

7. Entry into force

By approving this contract electronically at the payment step, the buyer accepts all of its terms. The time of approval and the IP address are kept with the order.
