2. Main characteristics of the service

The service is loading credits onto an OctopusOn SEO account. Credits are used to access paid data sources in the OctopusOn SEO programs (see the credit terms).

The amount of credits bought, the total price including VAT and the exchange rate used are shown on the payment page and in the order summary.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Payment is taken in a single installment by credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution. OctopusOn SEO never sees or stores your card details.

4. Performance

Once the payment is approved, the credits are loaded onto your account at once. The invoice (e-Archive or e-Invoice) is issued according to your billing details and shown in your account.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. Because the credits are loaded onto your account right after payment, with your consent, you have no right of withdrawal. You confirm this separately at the payment step.

6. Complaints

You can send requests and complaints to [email protected]. In disputes, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the purchase was made, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade announces every year, and to the consumer court above those limits.
