1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is:

2. Data processed

• Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone.
• Billing: company name, Turkish ID or tax number, tax office, address.
• Customer transactions: orders, the payment institution's transaction numbers, credit movements, metadata of requests made with credits (source, endpoint type, status, duration, amount, program version).
• Security: session records, IP address, browser details, two-step sign-in records, hashes of device tokens.

The contents of requests made with credits (keywords, search results) are not stored; they only pass through the gateway to be forwarded to the data provider. Card details are processed only by the payment institution.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Opening the account, selling credits, forwarding and charging requests made with credits: entering into and performing the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Issuing invoices and keeping records under tax and commercial law: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
• Preventing fraud and misuse, keeping the service secure, fixing errors: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

4. Transfers

Your data is shared with the payment institution ([iyzico / PayTR]) and the e-invoice provider ([Paraşüt]). Where the law requires, it is also shared with the Revenue Administration and other competent authorities.

Our servers are provided by [Contabo GmbH, Germany]. Transfers abroad are made with standard contractual clauses under KVKK Art. 9.

The contents of requests you make with credits are forwarded to the data provider the request is sent to (for example DataForSEO, SerpApi, Serper, Yandex) to perform the service. Some of these providers are located abroad.

5. Retention

• Account data: until the account is deleted.
• Order and invoice records: for the periods set by tax and commercial law (5–10 years).
• Detailed usage records: 90 days, then as monthly totals.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (access, correction, deletion, objection and others) in writing at [email protected] or at the registered e-mail address [Registered e-mail (KEP)]. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
